Logan has become a little fish! She loves the pool and gets so excited to splash and kick! She even likes to put her face in! I can't wait to get this girl into some swimming lessons someday!

Latest Obsession

In anticipation of buying a new home, I've been slightly obsessed with all things decorating. Home decor blogs, websites, magazines-whatever I can get my hands on. And these are some of my favorite finds...

I LOVE the white woodwork and moldings in this home.
I believe it is quite possibly the best way to add charm and character to any room.

I love the neutral color theme here. Probably because it is something I can never have with 2 extremely large, extremely sheddy dark haired dogs!

I like the colors here. It's sort of an eclectic mix of items that, when placed together, just works

This is probably my favorite room. Very traditional furnishings in the table, chandelier, and mirror, but the bold and colorful walls and chairs make it very fresh and modern.

Memorial Day 2010

We had a busy and FUN Memorial Day Weekend in Houston. We started it out on Saturday by looking at 12 houses(!) with our realtor all throughout Katy. We've pretty much decided that Katy will be the best area for us to live in. It's a beautiful community with tons of trees and even the Whataburger is built in all brick! There's a Super Target which is a necessity! It's close to great shopping, restaurants, easy access to I-10 which is convenient for Jason's commute to work and my commute to the Galleria. :) Oh, and the schools are fantastic!

After an exhausting day on Saturday we got to take a little relaxing day trip to the San Bernard River and play all day and night at our dear friend Cooper's river house! We had a blast hanging out with friends, floating in the river, and playing with Logan. She played on the deck in her crab pool and watched through the sides at her dada down below in the river. She didn't sleep a wink and still managed to be a hapy girl until 10:00pm! The life of the party and she didn't want it to end!
