Shrimp Tacos



These shrimp tacos were fantastic! The shrimp had great smoky grilled flavor and paired perfectly with the creamy avocado. And I could've just stuck a straw in the sauce!!!

This recipe was very ad lib. We seasoned the shrimp with salt, pepper, and cumin, and then stuck them on a skewer alternating with lime wedges. Grill til pink and firm. Serve with warm tortillas, shredded lettuce, chopped red onion, avocado, cilantro, a squeeze of lime and the amazing white sauce. White sauce was 1/4 cup mayo, 1/4 cup sour cream, cumin to taste, pinch of cayenne pepper, and lime juice. YUMMY!!
